چکیده
Abstract Background Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is the most common functional gastrointestinal disease characterized by chronic abdominal discomfort and pain. The mechanisms of pain, as a relevant symptom, in IBS are still unclear. We aimed to explore key genes neurobiological changes specially involved pain IBS. Methods Gene expression data (GSE36701) was downloaded from Expression Omnibus database. Fifty-three rectal mucosa samples 27 irritable with diarrhea (IBS-D) patients 40 21 healthy volunteers controls were included. Differentially expressed (DEGs) between two groups identified using GEO2R online tool. Functional enrichment analysis DEGs performed on DAVID Then protein–protein interaction network constructed visualized STRING database Cytoscape. Results microarray demonstrated subset ( CCKBR, CCL13, ACPP, BDKRB2, GRPR, SLC1A2, NPFF, P2RX4, TRPA1, TLX2, MRGPRX3, PAX2, CXCR1 ) transmission. Among these genes, we NPFF TRPA1 potential biomarkers for irritating patients. Conclusions Overexpression certain pain-related may contribute visceral hypersensitivity, therefore be partly responsible recurrent or Several synapses modification biological process psychological distress risk factors

Identification of diagnostic biomarkers by bioinformatics analysis in the inflamed and non-inflamed intestinal mucosa in Crohn\'s disease patients
Background: Crohn's disease (CD) is a type of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) which despite the unknown details is generally related to genetic, immune system, and environmental factors. In this study, we identify transcriptional signatures in patients with CD and then explain the potential molecular mechanisms in inflamed and non-inflamed intestinal mucosa in these patients. Materials and Me...
متن کاملIdentification of potential biomarkers of sepsis using bioinformatics analysis
Sepsis is defined as the systemic inflammatory response to infection and is one of the leading causes of mortality in critically ill patients. The goal of the present study is to elucidate the molecular mechanism of sepsis. Transcription profile data (GSE12624) were downloaded that had a total of 70 samples (36 sepsis samples and 34 non-sepsis samples) from the Gene Expression Omnibus database....
